The team were fantastic in assisting me as a new to oil customer answering all my questions and assisting me with delivery queries.

Fast and effective. Website charged twice but Boilerjuice corrected that immediately without any fuss. And they have real people answering their phones!

I have used them for some time and have always found them reliable. Often their quotes are cheaper than direct from the retailer who delivers.

Ordered online. Oil delivered on time on the promised day. Very happy. No complaints.

This company is very difficult to get hold off. Don't deliver when they say they will. Very poor.

Boilerjuice themselves have not answered my query which they acknowledged in February. I followed it up again in March but never had a reply.

Signed up for the Connected service. First few couple of months were ok in that oil was delivered. Then, after no communication from them for about six weeks, we ran out of oil Easter weekend. It went downhill from there. Extremely difficult to get hold of anyone, by any means, and most email replies just copy/paste the same sentences whether relevant or not.
They eventually agreed to refund me the full amount of the “service” charge and reimburse a heating engineer’s fee. 3 months later and they’ve still not settled the former; for the latter they’ve credited my no-longer-used account with a “promotional credit” that can only be used against another order from them.
Unless their Connected manager is a volunteer or on work experience, it’s cost them far more in staff costs than it would’ve to just pay me the money they owe.
Stay well clear.

The delivery was earlier than requested, but that was nice. My instructions were followed so I was able to open up gates before the delivery. All went very smoothly.

As with previous orders no problems at all. Always reliable.

Just priced Boilerjuice against local 'independent' companies. Boilerjuice is in excess of 10p per litre higher. Boilerjuice price for 900 lites is £920.63 and a local supplier is £775.00 for 900 litres.

Why would anyone in their right mind rate this rip off outfit or deal with them?

Ordering good, delivery poor, left gate open so drivers can pull in. No, this time he parked on the road, jumped my fence and dragged the pipe to the fuel tank, was not impressed.
